We LOVE this place! The Chicken Shawarma is to die for. The creamy lentil soup is Awesome. My youngest son loves going here, with his gluten free diet, he can get quite a few things here. He especially loves the Shawarma chicken and creamy lentil soup. This place is just a great hole in the wall type of place. Small and intimate, but with BIG taste!

Great food, good atmosphere in North Bend convenient to the library! I treat myself to this gem when I have time to get to the library. The gyro is very good with big juicy chunks (not thin greasy strips) of lamb on flatbread done right. Do yourself a favor and see for yourself that there is good food in the bay area.

This is the ONLY place serving this kind of food on the South Coast. Menu is very big, with Greek, Lebanese, Egyptian, American, and Paninis galore! The appetizer combo plate we ordered was amazing, hand made falafel, hummus, and babganooj! Lamb kabob was worth the wait. Great choices also for vegetarians. Best creamy lentil soup I have ever tasted. A bit hard to find though....just behind the North Bend Library one street off 101 North bound (Union Street). They also have free wi-fi and two flat screen tvs playing music and cool photos of Lebanon. Absolutely a MUST GO if you find yourself in Coos Bay/North Bend. Great for the kids or a fun date night. Yummy!!! Thanks again Yelp!!!

This is great fresh food. My family of seven, who by the way are Middle Eastern, happened upon this place and loved it. Everybody had a little something different and they were all great!! Ignore the bad review. They obviously know nothing about this type of food and you should never review that which you know nothing about!! Enjoy this great place.

This place is great. It is kind of a hole in the wall, but don't be mistaken. The baba ganoush was awesome and there were several items on the menu that we had never had before. The fatte was new to us and was delicious. All four in our party enjoyed our meal and left thoroughly satisfied. Check it out!

  • Madeline E.

Do yourself a favor and head on down for the vegetarian combo plate with humus, falaeal and pita (I'd recommend substituting the baba ganoush for the spicy feta) and split it with a friend!

This was a surprise find in North Bend. We read a review in a guide book which gave the address in Coos Bay. Both the address and phone were wrong but I called information and got the correct info. Owner Sami Abboud, came to the United States from Lebanon in the late 1990s and opened the restaurant in North Bend. It was featured in one of Rachael Ray's travel programs. The food is very good middle eastern/greek features Shawerma, gyros, falafel, and mezza. Lots of choices both vegetarian and meat. well worth the stop

We were passing through town and found this place based on yelp reviews and were once again not let down. My mother doesn't like trying anything new and was doubtful but even she found something she loved. We started with the spinach and artichoke dip and were blown away. It is nothing like anything I have tried before and has tons of garlic which we loved. It is blended more then we are used to but it is amazing and the pita "chips" that they serve are home made and still have the softness of pita bread even though they are fried. For a meal my husband and I had the beef shawarma and it was great. My mother had a turkey pita sandwich which she raved about. If you're in the area stop in. The food is well with it and the service was great too!

  • Rebekah M.

Yummy food! I especially like the Mezza platter. They let you mix and match any of the appetizers. I'm like the falafel, hummus, & spicy feta dip. My husband always goes for the chicken shawarma. The ambiance is okay, but the staff is always quite friendly! And they do take out.

Great food! If you're in the mood for non seafood fare while in North Bend, stop by and enjoy some incredible and authentic Mediterranean cuisine. Steak shawarma lunch special was absolutely tasty! Service was fast and friendly. Restaurant has a nice clean atmosphere.

Never a disappointment. Haven't had a bad experience yet! The dolmathes are amazing, I have to order them every time I go.

We passed by Coos Bay on our road trip. What a treat it was to have a warm cooked meal after days of sandwiches. The food, especially the appetizers were yummy. They are kids friendly, and we had our first stress free experience eating in a restaurant with our three kids there. One star less because the chicken nuggets in the kids meals were the frozen shaped ones from the store. My kids did not mind but I prefer when I pay for a cooked meal, to get something made in the restaurant.

We are traveling down the coast from Seattle and found this place through Yelp reviews. Decided to try it. Had the hummus dip, spicy feta dip (my favorite!), the lentil soup and the lamb kebab. All were absolutely delicious! The service was also top notch. The Greek wine is worth a try. We tried a sample of the Helo (dessert). Yum! We would definitely return next time we're in the area.

We stopped in Coos Bay on our way up the coast. Good ole Yelp had a number of good reviews on Café Mediterranean so we thought we'd give it a try. Who would have thought you could find such great middle eastern food in cinder block building in a fishing/lumber town like Coos Bay. I had the Chicken Sharma which was excellent. My wife had the hummus and tabbouleh platter which was also excellent.

  • Kristina C.

Random great find! We were driving down the coast looking for some dinner and stumbled across this place. Has a full bar and everything from spanikopita to shawarma. Food was delicious and people were friendly. Definitely recommend!

The Lamb Kabob is a masterpiece! On a sword the size of Ex Caliber this meal fits the bill! Everything at this great place is fresh, and family recipes of the owner. Hands down the best shawarma I have ever had...even his salad dressing are to die for! The great staff never disappoints

We were surprised to find a Mediterranean restaurant in North Bend while scoping through Yelp so we had to give it a try. It was getting close to 8:00 pm and I knew our choices were going to be limited. Surprisingly, as we walked in at about 8:20 pm on a Tuesday night, there were two other tables with patrons. We weren't too sure what to order so we went for the lamb kabobs as suggested by the waitress. She came back a few minutes later and said they were out of lamb. A Mediterranean restaurant with no lamb? That would be like a steakhouse with no beef. The waitress suggested the shewarma and the spicy freta (appetizer) which we ordered. They were both delicious. The best part was the fresh baklava (which I was planning on ordering anyway) that was given to us for the lack of lamb. I never had baklava this good. Though, I never had baklava that was made this fresh. I was initially planning on rating this place a 3, but the excellent service and the authenticity (Lebanese) of the restaurant bumped it up to a 5. I wish I had the name of the waitress. She was genuinely nice and was very helpful.

  • Lia B.

I went here to celebrate my birthday last week and it was nothing short of amazing! The hummus was on point, grape leaves were delicious and the gyro was excellent! I of course indulged in the baklava as well (it was my birthday!!) and it was amazing! Very pleased! Will definitely be back!

  • Daris B.

I stopped here to pick up some lamb gyros and a chicken kabob dinner to go. The waitress told me it would be about 15 minutes. About fifteen minutes into it, I here the guy in the kitchen say they forgot to put the chicken kabob in, so it ended up taking them 30 minutes to make my order. I kept hearing the woman asking for garlic fries. She had two separate orders. They smelled amazing when she walked by me with them. I'll have to try those the next time when we dine in. The lamb gyros are very good. The chicken kabob was pretty good too. The waitress was really nice. We will definitely go back.

The first time I was introduced to Cafe Mediterranean, I was a newbie to Middle Eastern cuisine and therefore skeptical. What a pleasant surprise! I've since fallen in love with the chicken shwarma, kabsa rice, warm pitas, creamy lentil soup and helo for dessert. They're always willing to let me experiment, adding or changing the menu items, all the way to switching the rum in a mojito for ouzo or whiskey. Tonight we visited to celebrate my birthday, and the staff treated me to a slice of baklava with a birthday candle and sang to me. It was a beautiful gesture that left me blushing and grateful. Thank you all so much for making my day extra special!

  • Coastal G.

The food here is very fresh and tasty. The spicy feta dip with fried pita bread is amazing! The pita sandwiches are very good as well. The service was great and the place is very clean. Will for sure be going back to try other dishes.

Back in the day, when we'd drive through Coos Bay and North Bend, our only options were burgers, burgers, and more burgers. But not anymore. This place is amazing! My partner had the shawarma platter, I had a lamb gyro pita, and we split a plate of dolmades to start. All the food was top notch. Fully as good as any middle eastern/mediterranean food I've had in Los Angeles or any large city - super fresh and very flavorful. We'll definitely stop here again when we're on the coast. It was nice to find such a little jewel of a restaurant in such an unexpected place.

    (5)
  • Louann D.

This place is fresh and full of flavor. The service is top notch. If your not into greek food they have many different sandwiches and pitas that can accommodate even the most picky eater. Give it a try and you will go back promise.

  • Dr Tim L L.

It is good food but not the best I have had. Waitress was very nice. Salad was marginal ..... kind of boring really. The gyro seemed skimpy on the meat and the sauce. I looked at some of the deserts and they looked like they were off the commercial food truck. I would try some other places next time.

I was looking forward to a good lunch with my honey. We always enjoy trying new restaurants. "Cafe Med", as locals call it serves Mediterranean cuisine. It's open for lunch and dinner, and is a small family owned business. Service was good but I was very disappointed with food quality. Pitas were on the dry and chewy side, chicken was way over cooked and flavorless, and my side salad consisted of mostly romaine spines. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant as the best thing about the food was the water.

  • Kassie R.

I was thrilled to find a Mediterranean Cafe in North Bend! Having just moved here, I was very nervous about my dining-out options. I came in for lunch - take out actually. The food was ready moments after I arrived as promised and they got me out the door and back to work very quickly. I had the Kabsa platter. I wasn't sure about the mixture of textures and flavors, but it actually is very good! (Note, if you do not like raisins, get something else). The Tatziki was delicious. The food was a massive (really 2+ portions) serving, and came with a salad as well. I was pleased to find no Feta in my Mediterranean Salad - unusual but I dislike Feta so it saved me a task. I will be back, and hopefully I'll have time to sit down next time!

  • Lorraine H.

Casual atmosphere, pleasant music, good food, clean water, friendly people. Good lentil soup but the fava soup had more tomatoes than I wanted. I sat at a table and the table felt a bit high for the chairs.

    (4)
  • Jeff K.

The waitress was pretty nice, but the food was very poor. The lamb was tough and tasteless, and the spanakopita was awful. We had high hopes, but we won't be back.

  • Becky N.

Popped in late looking for a good place to eat here and we weren't disappointed. Excellent, freshly cooked food and friendly waitress. The lentil soup was great and the two chicken dishes we ordered were excellent especially with the sauces.

  • Marilee K.

Can't believe this place is here! Tucked a away on a side street in North Bend is the last place I would expect to get DELICIOUS Mediterranean food?! Felt really comfortable bringing my two small children. Very friendly. Love it!

Good food. They messed up one of our dishes but they made it right by fixing it and giving us comp soup and desert. Way over priced. Why does a pita cost $10???

    (3)
  • Phillip W.

This is some of the best Mediterranean food we've had anywhere. But to find it in North Bend ... well, it was a real mind-blower, I'll tell you. The two of us shared a vegetarian sampler platter for two at around $16, with the admittedly weird twist of adding grilled lamb for an extra $7. With nice draft Widmer Hefs the total came to around $30 plus tip. And we were honest-to-god stuffed for hours after. Good? Yes, it was. So was the service. And the atmosphere was very nice too. The running travel videos of the Med were a nice touch as well. Will we definitely be back the next time we're in town? All signs point to "yes."

    (5)
  • Keith A.

I love the food every time I come here. Today I had a pita sandwich with chicken caesar salad inside. The lettuce tasted fresh and the pita bread was delicious and warm. The server (who I presume was also the owner) was friendly and was quite accommodating to our small group. We'll definitely come here again.

  • Heather S.

Yum! Such a great place to eat. What a gem! It's nice to have some good quality food that's delicious and affordable. Its nice to have Mediterranean food in such a small town.

    (5)
  • Jessica W.

My husband and ordered take out from here while we were in town for the night. He got a chicken gyro and I got chicken shawarma on a pita. The food was so good! I would definitely go back if we are ever in town again.

  • Jane S.

Coming from a big city to work in a small, and as a vegetarian to boot, I was not optimistic about my options. But the Cafe Med is close to work, makes tasty hummus and tsatsiki, and best of all. . .the Fette. You will never look at chickpeas the same way again. So good. I also second the others recommendation of the lentil soup. I don't love the atmosphere, because I'm not really a fan of TV screens where I eat, even if they are showing scenes of Mediterranean coastal cities; the place feels more like a bar than a nice restaurant, but it's absolutely worth going for the owner's constant good humor and service.

  • Ashley H.

The food was very flavorful and delicious! That said, service was slow, and I ate my entire meal which took over an hour and 15 minutes (I was alone), with two large tables that remained un-bussed. My food was also barely warm, and the waitress spent a lot of time apologizing to everyone. Perhaps they were understaffed tonight? Good food, crappy service.

    (3)
  • Lina K.

Great waitress-very friendly and nice. We ordered the spanakopita and Greek salads and they were homemade and delicious! Their ice tea lemonade (Arnold Palmer) was one of the best Arnold palmer's I believe I've ever had. This is a great restaurant and it's a shame it's kinda hidden, don't be deceived by the looks of the place it's near.

This review is really an average of two lunches I've had here. The place is small and low key-and on both occasions, the gyro was really fabulous: incredibly flavorful meat, lightly toasted and fresh pita, and great tzatziki. The first meal was casual and comfortable and I give it four stars...a great example of what it is and the best food I've found in this part of the coast. The second meal...man. This was really one of the most unpleasant dining experiences I've ever had. They were having issues with their staff and service: the waitress initially waiting tables was brand new (she shared with us) and the more experienced waitress kept coming and interrupting her, taking her aside, and correcting her work. This was odd, but OK...However, when we tried to pay, all of us waiting got to witness a huge argument between Sami, the owner, and the more experienced waitress. He yelled at her several times in front of us all, blamed her for getting orders wrong telling her "maybe you should try reading the ticket", turned to us and said "If they would just do their jobs" and had the new waitress almost in tears. Incredibly painful to witness...couldn't wait to leave. I'm in town once a week, but I'm not sure I'll be back.

    (3)
  • Jil S.

The food here is amazing. Out waitresses boobs..not so much. We got way too much of an eyeful...eeek! The TV's were blaring loud bellydancing and the service was terribly slow, as usual. This review is tough, because the food is really good, but the ambience is just bad as is the service. I think ordering to- go is the best option for my family.

  • L L.

I wasn't feeling well the other day, and so I had a friend of mine go to this place and get me some babaganoush and hummus. Wow! It was so good I couldn't believe it! It reminded me so much of a lot of amazing Med-Mid-East places in Santa Monica. I didn't realize how homesick I was for this kind of food. It definitely cured me of whatever the heck it was that was ailing me. I can't wait to actually go in the restaurant and eat there!

  • Brice H.

For being in North Bend/Coos Bay, Oregon, I was shocked to find a Mediterranean place. Even more shocked when the food turned out to be not half bad. My mom and I split the vegetarian platter (falafels, hummus, baba ganoush, pita bread, and a little salad thing) and my sister got the gyro combo. Everything was tasty and the only waitress on duty did a great job of keeping tabs on everyone. If this were in a major metro area I'd probably give it 3 stars, but relative to the area it's a 4 star joint. My only complaint is that they use a ton of salt/MSG, because my hands swelled up over night and my heart was racing until about 3am, my mom had a similar reaction.

    (4)
  • William E.

I had to go back to get my Gyro fix. Its the only place in town for Mediterranean food. The babaganoush and tabouleh is decent and also liked the Mousakka. The place is always empty when I go, dont know if its the expensive prices or what?

  • Jennfer D.

Loved it! We had a spicy feta dip.with fried pita chips. For dinner we had 2 different entrees and both were really good :). The customer service was very friendly.

Chicken and rice with a tomato sauce, AKA Chicken Shawerma, is what my friend and I had. He ate all of his with a great deal of enthusiasm. For me I found the spice taste not as good as Indian food but that's a matter of personal preference. You do get a fine quality and quantity of food here at Cafe Med. What I did enjoy was the lentil soup. Thick and delicious, it would make a fine base for many other meals it seems. The bread portion is like naan (an Indian bread) but it's a bit chewier and not quite as tasty. Still, it's good for what it is. Service is good considering there were over a dozen people there and there was just one man handling the tables. For interior atmosphere there is a nice group of decorations and a couple of TV screens playing videos to complement them. This restaurant is clean and it was kept that way as tables were cleared off in a timely fashion. Food is a matter of taste. You will get plenty of food and taste here. If you start off by liking it, odds are you'll love it more as you eat more! Just be aware that the spice taste is going to be different than one ordinarily encounters.

  • Jen S.

I was shocked and excited to find out about this restaurant, so much so that I headed there for dinner the same night I found out. It is a hole in the wall type joint. They have all the usual items: hummus, babaganoush, shawerma, falafels, etc. The first time I went the place was pretty empty. I ordered the tabouleh salad and falafel entree. When I opened the boxes, I discovered they gave me the falafel appetizer. I guess they figured I couldn't finish an order of the salad and the falafel entree. That is always a little disappointing when a restaurant judges how much I should be able to eat. The tabouleh was freshly made, a plus, but it was a little overpowering in the lemon department, making it difficult for other flavors to come through. The falafels were the real disappointment. They were not made into little balls, fried, and then flattened. Instead they were baked in a muffin tin. So not only were they oddly shaped discs, they were a little dry. The price was just a touch on the pricey side, but overall not bad considering it is the only mediterranean restaurant in the North Bend/Coos Bay area.

This place is great. The food is traditional and fantastic. The guy waiting on us must be either owner or part of the family. He was great! totally helpful, polite and fast service. They even have a good beer selection (even though we were there for a work lunch) I recommend this place to anyone going to North Bend! Who would have thought.

Great menu and very tasty authentic-tasting food. The lamb was cooked perfectly, not dried out like other med places. Good service, good Greek wines.

If your visiting the coast and you find yourself craving some falafels and hummus instead of fish, this cafe will fix you up real nice. They make the BEST falafels in the NW!!! The service is nice and the atmosphere is very authentic with hookahs and Middle eastern music playing in the background. They have a great menu including some vegetarian dishes and the price is just right.

Amazing! We are new to town and took a chance on this less than fancy looking place on a side street. I am so glad we did because the food and service were both amazing. I had a lamb gyro, my husband had the lamb kabob, and we had falafel to start. Everything was delicious! The tsatsiki is spot on. Service was great and very friendly. This may be our new favorite restuarant!

    (5)
  • Gary T.

Really disappointed with this place. No taste, or spices to the lamb gyros. Also the meat was over cooked. The tables were sticky, like they haven't been really cleaned well. It seems like I'll have to go to the Middle East to get authentic food.

So I was VERY surprised when we came to North Bend to help my liL brother situate himself at college at SWOCC and we found this AHHmazing liL cafe. The service was impeccable, the decor was too cute, and the food was FUHreakin delicious to the 10th power! I've already told my liL brother, that when I come to visit, we are definitely making a stop here again.

I come to Coos Bay twice a month for business and stop in at the Mediterranean Cafe as often as I can. The food is fresh, healthful and delicious without fail. I usually order the appetizer platter so I can get a variety of the amazing food. I have also enjoyed their gyros and soups and the Caeser salad is crisp, refreshing and delicious! I have always found the staff friendly and engaging...including Sami, the owner. I only wish they were closer to me - I crave their food all the time!

Cafe Mediterranean was recommended to me by a friend, and I have been there several times over the past few years. It is virtually the only place to get Mediterranean food in Coos/ North Bend, so like it or lump it, and I liked it. It was even featured on Rachel Ray's $40 a day show when she came through. Atmosphere is a little weird (I believe it is also a hooka bar so there are hookas located around the place and belly dancers on the tv), but once you get used to it it grows on you- trust me. There are tables, booths, and even a bar area, so take your pick of where to sit. I enjoy the hummus, as well as the chicken shawarma, and noticed a lot of vegetarian options (a definite rarity in Coos Bay and North Bend). The owners have been there virtually every time I have visited, and frequently have their kids in tow. They are always happy to make recommendations, and are very friendly. I would definitely go back again.

I can only speak to the schwarma dish but that's all it took to win my taste buds over, as capricious as they may be. $22 for the meal that came with a tasty romaine lettuce salad, a beer, and tip. This place is excellent, from the food to the atmosphere, although they would benefit from taking the looping 10-minute travelogue of the Med off the TVs and put on a ball game. The waitress said their NYE party us fun too, with belly dancing, food and drink, if that floats your kabob.

  • Jenelle E.

Fantastic, as always. And so friendly! Superb lentil soup, tasty and creamy hummus and the falafel is loaded with great spices. They have a great little market now where you can get hard-to-find Mediterranean items.

  • Aimee E.

Please walk in and choose where YOU would like to sit! If you pause, and look for assurance, the staff will say with a smile, "No, really, we mean it! Anywhere you like!" You always feel welcome when coming into Cafe Mediterranean! My husband and I have been eating at the Cafe M for over seven years, now, and it only keeps getting better. I swear the house-made hummus is THE best that I have ever tasted - fresh, just enough lemon, garlic and lightly dusted with paprika and parsley for presentation. Sami introduced me to Fattoush - a Lebanese salad tossed with a light lemony/garlic dressing that has sumac for spice, and toasted pita bread. It is my favorite - only made better by freshly grilled lamb meat for a treat. If you order the Chicken Shawarma, you will NEVER be disappointed! Ask for a shaken vodka martini "slightly dirty" or a Mojito and be pleasantly surprised that a Lebanese restaurant can indeed serve up the cocktails as beautifully and as well as any other bar in the area. Visit once and you are sure to be hooked for life on the excellent food that Sami prepares and the charming ambiance and hospitality that his wife, Brandalyn, dishes out...

Since it's the only place in the area that serves this type of cuisine one can take it or leave it. The owner has a roving eye for pretty young women, so take your daughter for better service. Not much fresh food, frozen mostly. Save your money and drive to Portland or Eugene for this type of fresh, authentic cuisine. Noticed that the wife is working there now. Interesting......

Not sure it was bad Mediterranean food... but I sure didn't like it. Had a horrid time getting enough of anything to eat that I could stand the taste of. Some people like it, obviously... but I'm just not one of them. Nothing too much impressed me about the place. Other people rave. Go figure!

Really surprising to find an excellent Mediterranean place in Coos Bay. Food is good and prices resonable. The owner is very friendly and his family was there, which is very traditional. We had a mezza plate with lamb, it was subtly spiced.

Wonderful, authentic Middle Eastern food! Fresh, handmade, perfectly spiced, and not greasy! What a nice find in little Coos Bay, where I spent a few days teaching at the hospital. Having lived in the Middle East (Egypt) for almost a decade, I know how great this food is, when done right. Owner, chef Sami does it right and offers a warm welcome. Well worth the trip and you will leave happily full and satisfied. I'll go back if I ever venture this way again!

Popped in late looking for a good place to eat here and we weren't disappointed. Excellent, freshly cooked food and friendly waitress. The lentil soup was great and the two chicken dishes we ordered were excellent especially with the sauces.

Casual atmosphere, pleasant music, good food, clean water, friendly people. Good lentil soup but the fava soup had more tomatoes than I wanted. I sat at a table and the table felt a bit high for the chairs.

This place is fresh and full of flavor. The service is top notch. If your not into greek food they have many different sandwiches and pitas that can accommodate even the most picky eater. Give it a try and you will go back promise.

It is good food but not the best I have had. Waitress was very nice. Salad was marginal ..... kind of boring really. The gyro seemed skimpy on the meat and the sauce. I looked at some of the deserts and they looked like they were off the commercial food truck. I would try some other places next time.

The food here is very fresh and tasty. The spicy feta dip with fried pita bread is amazing! The pita sandwiches are very good as well. The service was great and the place is very clean. Will for sure be going back to try other dishes.

I love the food every time I come here. Today I had a pita sandwich with chicken caesar salad inside. The lettuce tasted fresh and the pita bread was delicious and warm. The server (who I presume was also the owner) was friendly and was quite accommodating to our small group. We'll definitely come here again.

I had to go back to get my Gyro fix. Its the only place in town for Mediterranean food. The babaganoush and tabouleh is decent and also liked the Mousakka. The place is always empty when I go, dont know if its the expensive prices or what?

This place is great. It is kind of a hole in the wall, but don't be mistaken. The baba ganoush was awesome and there were several items on the menu that we had never had before. The fatte was new to us and was delicious. All four in our party enjoyed our meal and left thoroughly satisfied. Check it out!

Go figure!

Fantastic, as always. And so friendly! Superb lentil soup, tasty and creamy hummus and the falafel is loaded with great spices. They have a great little market now where you can get hard-to-find Mediterranean items.

This place is great. It is kind of a hole in the wall, but don't be mistaken. The baba ganoush was awesome and there were several items on the menu that we had never had before. The fatte was new to us and was delicious. All four in our party enjoyed our meal and left thoroughly satisfied. Check it out!

I had to go back to get my Gyro fix. Its the only place in town for Mediterranean food. The babaganoush and tabouleh is decent and also liked the Mousakka. The place is always empty when I go, dont know if its the expensive prices or what?

I went here to celebrate my birthday last week and it was nothing short of amazing! The hummus was on point, grape leaves were delicious and the gyro was excellent! I of course indulged in the baklava as well (it was my birthday!!) and it was amazing! Very pleased! Will definitely be back!

Casual atmosphere, pleasant music, good food, clean water, friendly people. Good lentil soup but the fava soup had more tomatoes than I wanted. I sat at a table and the table felt a bit high for the chairs.

The waitress was pretty nice, but the food was very poor. The lamb was tough and tasteless, and the spanakopita was awful. We had high hopes, but we won't be back.

Popped in late looking for a good place to eat here and we weren't disappointed. Excellent, freshly cooked food and friendly waitress. The lentil soup was great and the two chicken dishes we ordered were excellent especially with the sauces.

Good food. They messed up one of our dishes but they made it right by fixing it and giving us comp soup and desert. Way over priced. Why does a pita cost $10???

  • Keith A.

I love the food every time I come here. Today I had a pita sandwich with chicken caesar salad inside. The lettuce tasted fresh and the pita bread was delicious and warm. The server (who I presume was also the owner) was friendly and was quite accommodating to our small group. We'll definitely come here again.

Yum! Such a great place to eat. What a gem! It's nice to have some good quality food that's delicious and affordable. Its nice to have Mediterranean food in such a small town.

  • Sara S.
